TURNAROUND TIMES
Shipment times: Orders ship within 2–3 weeks (approx 12 – 14 business days).
While we strive to prepare all orders for shipment within a 3 weeks, we can’t always guarantee this due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping delays, stock availability, or supply chain challenges.
Rest assured, if any unexpected delays arise, we’ll reach out to you right away to keep you informed. Once your order is with the carrier, delivery typically takes 1-5 days, depending on your location.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All items are made to order, so we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect in the apparel or the imprint. We do provide sizing charts for each item, but if you’re unsure or have any questions about sizing, please feel free to reach out before placing your order — we’re happy to help!
We stand by the quality of our products and imprint method (embroidery/screen-printing). If you have received an item with any defects, we would be happy to replace it for you. Please follow the link below to contact us regarding damaged items.
